Coaching & Events – Turn all your goals into achievements and live the lifestyle you choose.

If you’re an entrepreneur, you no doubt see the value of amplifying your message to as many people as possible. There are countless platforms and thousands of potential audience members right at your fingertips! From Instagram to TikTok, to “old” standbys like Facebook and email marketing, there are many options to pick from when planning your digital marketing strategy.

We’re in an extraordinary age where the technology has never been more accessible, and people are coming together on these social networks at an unprecedented rate. Where people used to spend their mornings and evenings reading the paper and watching the latest shows on cable television, now they’re spending almost all of their free time on their phones! It’s a huge opportunity for anyone with a message to share and a product or service to sell.

With these low-cost options at your disposal, you may think it’s ok to go it alone and “figure it out as you go.” While that’s tempting, we think it’s a far better option to partner with a digital marketing strategist. Someone who’s an expert in most of the platforms AND someone who actually knows how to drive traffic, create solid messaging, and convert cold audience members into hot leads!

When looking for someone to work with for this crucial task, here are a few things you’ll want to keep in mind.

  • Know what you need for your business – Some businesses need a website with an online store, others simply don’t. Some businesses need a strong presence on Facebook, while others will do better doing reach out on LinkedIn. It all depends on who your audience is and where they’re spending their time. Make sure the team or consultant your shopping doesn’t have a “one-size fits all” mentality. Ask for a custom plan and see if it makes sense for you, your business, and what you can afford to carry out in terms of money and the time you’ll need to spend to maintain the steps of your strategy.
  • Choose someone you enjoy working with – Carrying out a successful strategy takes time, effort, and communication. A LOT of it! Make sure the people you’re working with fit with you and your style. This may take a bit of time and speaking with many different people, but it’ll be worth it in the end when things run smoothly.
  • Aim for transparency – Your digital marketing footprint will be seen now and forever. Work to ensure those you work with are honest and let you know what the plan is before posting and crafting messaging. You’ll want to see to it that honesty isn’t sacrificed for the latest “hacks.” Be truthful and play the long game!
  • Look at Value, not just price – This is going to be an investment. Much like how you wouldn’t just buy the stock with the smallest price, you also don’t want to go with the cheapest agencies out there. The value is in the planning and carrying out of your strategy. We’re not saying go broke searching for the best agency if you can’t afford it, but don’t just go with the lowest cost and expect miracles. Now more than ever, you get what you pay for.

Keep these things in mind and you’ll soon find yourself with a great partner and a positive trajectory for your business! If you feel like a digital marketing plan is something you need, let us know and we’ll be happy to have a conversation with you to identify and build a plan around YOUR needs!

In the year I worked as the Muller’s entrepreneur apprentice, I learned several things. Here are the top 5 that had the biggest impact on me.

1. Dream big – You’ll never get far without casting an exciting and compelling vision. You’ll never fully reap the benefits of the Law of Attraction if you don’t give a reason for the Universe to bring you better resources. By dreaming big, you’ll be inspired to take action and be driven to see things through until you’ve accomplished your goal.

2. Understanding the different tenants of business (sales, fulfillment, delegation, etc.) – Running a successful business takes more than doing only what you’re good at and look forward to doing. You need to think long and hard about how parts will work together and what the best use of your time will be. How will you get in front of your ideal customer? What will your sales messaging and process look like? Will you or someone else fulfill the work? By asking these questions you can systematize and automate as much as possible, allowing you to focus on personal and professional growth.

3. Have a plan including something to look forward to – Success doesn’t happen by accident. It takes strategic and tactical planning on your behalf to see your dreams become a reality. If you wait for someone else to show you the way, you’ll only get as far as their advice will take you. Take control and plan ahead! Also, you can’t always be heads down grinding it out. That’s a surefire way to burn out fast! You need to plan times of fun and reflection to really get the most out of your time on earth. Having a trip or treat to look forward to will keep you motivated.

4. Calendar block – Dedicating specific times to certain activities works wonders! A lot of people aren’t as successful as they want to be because they don’t keep themselves accountable to a schedule. They just try to do this and that, never working deeply enough on the activities that will really move the needle. If you reverse engineer the steps it takes to reach your goals and strategically plan the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks you need, you’ll be unstoppable!

5. Have fun – This is an apparent, lifelong lesson. If you’re not having fun, you’re no fun to be around. Enjoying yourself raises your vibration and helps you attract those things you want and need. Find the things you love and do them with the people you love.

I’m grateful for my experiences with the Mullers. If you’re wanting to know more about how life and business can be even more fulfilling, they’re an awesome resource.

Our dear friend Susie Earl is definitely a girl on fire! We absolutely love seeing her passion for life and her enthusiasm to help others live their best life. Susie wholeheartedly lives out the life of an Ultimate Achiever every single day.

Hi Susie, thanks for your time! Tell us a little bit about how you got to know David and Alisa.

Upon moving to the area, I was told I had to meet this guy named David. I was told he had a ton of amazing ideas around branding and personal improvement. Once I heard that I knew I had to find him! Around that same time, I ran into Alisa at a networking event and we had a good long chat. She’s really taught me the value of being coached!

What are some things you notice and admire about the Mullers?

Some of the biggest things I’ve noticed have happened when we’ve traveled together. They’re all about having a lot of fun and new experiences, but they still find time to work and build their businesses. It’s pretty incredible to see the balance and passion they have for everything in their busy lives!

How else have they influenced you or those around you?

It’s been cool to see the family ripple effect. my kids saw me taking their advice and implementing it into my life. And they wanted to better themselves. It’s been so nice to have my kids along with me at some of the Ultimate Achiever Workshops that the Mullers have hosted so we can grow as a family!

David and Alisa also express the importance of having your values match your vision. Helping people pinpoint goals, navigate around challenges, and align with things that truly set them on fire is awesome to see. They can help with all of that. They are incredible role models they walk the walk and talk the talk.

When you’re building a dream life with your partner that includes working together, there seems to be “even more” of everything.

Even more time together.

Even more pressure to do and say the right thing.

But also, even more joy!

All of these can be hard to navigate if you’re not “putting the right rocks in your bucket.”

You all know we’re big believers in putting the right rocks in so there’s room for the important stuff (See link to Stephen Covey “Rocks” Video at the end of this post)

Part of that process is making sure we’re spending enough time as a couple romantically and personally to even out the insane amount of work we do together!

We partner in 7 different business ventures, so you can imagine the to-do lists, responsibilities, and dedication it takes. We’ve noticed at times while we’re crushing it in the business world, our relationship can suffer. What good is a striving for the top in a power couple partnership like this if the foundation is cracking?

Re-introducing calendar blocking.

We’re so used to showing people how to calendar block for their goals. This means reverse-engineering the action steps and mini goals along the way with precision.

But how do you calendar block for a successful marriage?

Sounds kinda vague, doesn’t it?

Well, you definitely need to schedule time together doing things that are fun, things that bring you closer, and things that inspire connection and conversation. Without this time, it’s hard to discover what your partner truly wants and needs.

We were able to get in some much-needed couple time right before our latest Ultimate Achievers Workshop. We spent a few days on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. It was such a blissful time spent reconnecting, listening, and understanding what each other needs for our next 90-Day Run. It was made even better by the fact that David had never been before!

A romantic, soul-connecting get-away in one of the most beautiful places on earth? Yes, please!

Even when we can’t escape to an amazing island, we’re still blocking out time to just be with each other. You may have seen our weekly date night posts on Facebook. These give us the opportunity to “tune the world out” so to speak and enjoy our time together.

If you’re feeling the pressure of everyday life, working together, or simply communicating effectively, PLEASE get in touch with us. We’ve seen our coaching save many relationships by helping couples identify what’s most important. We also help them find unique ways to keep the fire burning, even when there’s seemingly no time in their busy schedules.

We’re here not only to celebrate goal achievements but healthy relationships!

Stephen Covey “7 Big Rocks Video

Ever been working on a project and the progress seems to be grinding?

Or maybe you’ve tried to develop a new skill or habit. At first, things were trending up. You were taking new perspectives and advice, easily implementing it. But now, the “levels” have become more challenging.

This is the part of growth David actually leans into the hardest.

He’s there for you when things feel hardest because he knows what’s on the other side…

That moment that you’re talking to them and it clicks. They see it and how the big picture comes together. Their life is changed forever in that moment. And that’s the moment that I live for. When they realize they can LITERALLY have anything they want. And most people don’t get that at first. But when you start to consistently run the system, things begin to fall into place. Your life becomes what you envision and you understand that EVERYTHING is in control.

You see, your earlier successes leave clues for you to follow. If you remain on the path and listen to advice, one day there will be a big light bulb that flashes! More and more will fall into place as you gain mastery and a deeper understanding.

The Mullers have seen many of coachees go through this exact moment and it’s even more rewarding each time!

Calendar blocking and reverse engineering goals aren’t necessarily the strongest muscles for most people, so it can take a long time to develop. You’re going to have some doubt and confusion when you first begin. It might even be uncomfortable to build the discipline needed to stick to your newly formed schedule.

That’s ok!

As they say, “No pain, no gain.”

And what incredible things you gain as it all comes together. There’s something about having it all click that’s truly inspiring to all who witness it.

This is the moment you can start to fully step into the greatness you’ve been waiting for!

The “Ah-Ha” moment when everything comes together gives you a confidence you’ve never felt before. “I can do this” becomes a way of life, not just a mantra to get you through the hard stuff! It’s like pulling the sword from the stone (for our Disney fans out there.)

Speaking of Disney, the Aulani Disney Resort was the birthplace of the latest “Ah-Ha” moment.

During the Ultimate Achievers Workshop held there in July, David saw this moment happen with an attendee. It was one of their coachees who’s been with them a little over a year.

“To see it up close again was an awesome reminder of why I do what I do.”

Want an “Ah-Ha” moment of your own? It’s never too late to start doing the work that will provide them. You’ll definitely want to attend a future workshop and discover the magic!
